We know it’s impossible to make everyone happy, regardless if you have a bad experience with our service or products, we still want to leave you completely satisfied.
WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, BELOW IS AN OUTLINE OF INFORMATION FOR YOUR REFERENCE ON OUR SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES.
BFCM SHIPPING INFORMATION
During the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday promotion period we have a significant increase in order volume. This entails that order processing time is extended significantly - in some cases up to 5 business days. This means that it can take 5 business days for your order to be ready for dispatch from our warehouse. Express shipping options do not have an effect on our internal processing time, it is however the fastest way to receive your parcel. We do our best to communicate this with all of you, via email and the banner on the top of our website. We also allow the purchase of some items that may be out of stock or in production. This is to give the opportunity for our customers to purchase these items during the sale.
We ask for your patience during this period, understand that we are always working at our utmost best to deliver your parcels as fast as possible. Postal providers also have increased timelines during this period, please understand that we have very little control of their processes too.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.mirch.com.au will then be processed (on authorised payment clearance) and shipped out from our South East Melbourne distribution center. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM AEST will begin processing that day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within two business days. During sale periods there can be extra processing time up up to 2 business days.
Selecting "EXPRESS POST" does not reduce the MIRCH handling and processing time, the above processing times are still applicable.
**During sale periods processing time can be extended, we always work as hard as possible to fulfil your orders in a timely manner. Handling time can be extended to 5 business days during sale periods.**
Orders placed after 11 AM AEST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM AEST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the selected item is not currently available or if there are system errors, the MIRCH Customer Service team will contact you. All sale and discount items are excluded from this policy and are shipped out via first in, first out.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $149 in cart value (after any discount is applied). For orders that include 20 Litre cube variants there is a $30 surcharge added even with a cart value over $149. There may be circumstances that we will have to charge an additional surcharge for remote areas, you will be contact by customer service in this instance.
BULK FREIGHT
There are additional surcharges for bulk freight. Each 20L cube will incur a $30 delivery fee. Some larger parcel will have to be quoted individually when the order is placed and a MIRCH team member will be in contact to assist.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that there is defect with your MIRCH product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. "MIRCH" MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
There are many factors beyond MIRCH's control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely responsible for evaluating the MIRCH product and determining whether it is a suitable and fit for their particular application. MIRCH will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of this product. SDS, ADDITIONAL PRODUCT SAFETY AND HEALTH INFORMATION can be obtained. RETURNS
We are able to accept returns on orders no older than 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (WHEN APPLICABLE)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@mirch.com.au and we will be in touch with the process from there.
MIRCH reserves the right to change, amend or redact any portion of these policies at any time for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. We don’t charge a restocking fee, and we do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
